Jenn Doyle
I grew up in the Hereford Zone attending all BCPS schools. I graduated from Frostburg University with a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and earned a Master’s in Reading from Towson University. I have been teaching since 2004. I taught kindergarten for 16 years and am currently teaching first grade. I am married and have two boys.
Interesting Facts about myself: My family lives on a Christmas tree farm. I lived in a tent for 2 months and traveled to over 30 National Parks in the United States and Canada. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends outdoors, gardening, camping, hiking, campfires, finding waterfalls, traveling, going to the beach, and am a BIG Ravens fan. I look forward to working with you and your family this year!

Laura Kovatch
I grew up in York, Pennsylvania and went to Penn State University. I am a college football fan at heart but will always support the Ravens on any given Sunday. I started my teaching career in Northern Virginia where I taught first grade in Prince William County. I missed home and decided to move back to Pennsylvania. I began teaching 4th grade at Pot Spring Elementary as a long-term substitute. From there, I was hired at Fort Garrison Elementary where I have been for the past 5 years, two in 4th grade and three in 2nd grade. I have a strong passion for teaching reading and helping students succeed! I am excited to embark on my new journey as a Timonium Dolphin and become part of the amazing school family and community.
Andrea Schlissler
I grew up right here in Baltimore County and attended Baltimore County Public Schools, including Ridgely Middle School and Dulaney High School. I continued my education at Towson University, where I earned degrees in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education, followed by my master’s degree in special education.
I truly believe that learning never stops, and I love being a lifelong learner! One of my favorite parts of teaching is building meaningful connections with my students. I want my classroom to be a place where students feel safe, welcomed, supported, and excited to learn. I believe every child can be successful, and I love finding ways to help each student grow and feel proud of what they can accomplish.
Outside of school, I enjoy working out, taking on new challenges, and spending time with my family. I also love a good joke! I try to bring that same positive, silly, and fun-loving personality into my classroom each day.
I feel incredibly lucky to do what I love and to help my students learn, grow, and become confident first graders!
